This contest is open from Feb 15th to Feb. 29th 2024 at 11:59 pm PST. 1 winner will be chosen at random. The winner will be notified via email and not announced via social media. The winner has 48 hours to confirm that it is a valid email. If the winner fails to reply the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.

1) Eligibility: Entrants must be eighteen (18) years or older to enter. Only persons living in the United States [for partners to ship prizes] are eligible. Entries submitted by means of software-generated or other automated processes will be disregarded. To comply with the GDPR, this contest is not open/available to anyone outside of the United States.

2) Entry: To enter, entrants must provide their email address at the contest URL and agree to sign up for the listed brand's newsletters. Entrants may unsubscribe from the newsletters at any time.

3) 1 Grand Prize includes the following Outdoor Addict Giveaway gear and is valued at around $2,000 total.

4) Entrants opt-in and agreed to receive marketing, including, but not limited to email marketing, from the brands listed on the giveaway page.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS, AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

As part of the Promotion entry process, entrants must indicate that they have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these official rules (the “Official Rules”). Although not anticipated, competition rules and the prize may be changed or altered at any point by the sponsor.

All results of the selections are final and binding, subject to these Official Rules. In the event a winning entry is discovered to be invalid for any reason whatsoever or the person who submitted the winning entry fails to comply with these Official Rules prior to delivery of the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
